All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot process returns after this period has been exceeded.

If you need to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us with a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no runaround.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the item was defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or are missing original packaging and tags are not eligible for return. Clearance and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Yes. If you need a different size or color, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. The original item must be returned in unused condition before the replacement ships.
